1. Terms of Service

TrustGenie provides trust document preparation services. We are not a law firm and do not offer legal, tax, or financial advice.

Services Offered:

- Individual Trusts ($250 each): Revocable Living Trust, Minor Provision Trust, Special Needs Trust

- All-in-One Legacy Trust Package ($595)

- Legacy Trust Membership ($150/year, with 5-year commitment if $595 package not already purchased)

All services include digital and/or physical delivery of prepared trust documents.

Client Responsibilities:

- Submit accurate and complete intake information

- Review all documents upon delivery

- Seek independent legal, financial, or tax advice as needed

- Manage notarization, funding, and use of the trust

Payment Terms:

- Payment is due in full at checkout unless a payment plan is approved

- All sales are final — no refunds will be issued

- A $25 late fee applies after a 10-day grace period

- Accounts unpaid after 90 days may be terminated and sent to collections

- TrustGenie reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to:

- Referral to collections

- Civil lawsuits

- Seizure of trust-related assets or funds, during the client’s lifetime or after death, if prepared by TrustGenie and the balance remains unpaid

2. Privacy Policy

TrustGenie collects personal data to fulfill services and enhance the client experience. By using this site or submitting information, you agree to the collection and use of data as described below.

What We Collect:

- Name, email, phone, address

- Trust intake information

- Payment and transaction data

How We Use It:

- To prepare trust documents

- To apply for EINs (when authorized)

- To contact clients and deliver services

- To process payments and verify identity

Data Protection:

- We do not sell or share client data

- We store client information securely

- Only authorized team members may access personal data

- Clients can request their information be deleted or updated by emailing support@trustgenie.com

3. Legal Disclaimer

- TrustGenie is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice

- No attorney-client relationship is created by using this site or its services

- All documents are prepared based solely on the information submitted by the client

- The client assumes full responsibility for verifying, notarizing, funding, and using the trust documents properly

- We encourage clients to consult a licensed attorney for estate planning advice if needed

4. Governing Law

This website and all services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and all disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
